She was extremely rude and horrible customer service. She basically told me to go find another agency. So, I did. State Farm lost a long term customer because of this office. Do not work with Jenny Kim or this office if you want good customer service. They clearly don't care about their customers or losing their customer base."

I only ever made 1 claim and they fought it tooth and nail. Rude attitude and sky high prices. Go elsewhere, you can do much better and less expensive."

"State Farm raised monthly bill close to $100 spread over 3 months due to a mistake made by the insurance agent. Waited for weeks for this issue to be reviewed by the "corporate" and they didn't approve giving credit back. Basically they are charging you for their own mistake. Seriously do not recommend this agency. AVOID AT ALL COST"
