"Have been a State Farm customer for a long time and got switched to this office since I moved from DC to LA. Jenny Kim at this office was the worst agent I have ever been in contact with. She was extremely rude and horrible customer service. She basically told me to go find another agency. So, I did. State Farm lost a long term customer because of this office. Do not work with Jenny Kim or this office if you want good customer service. They clearly don't care about their customers or losing their customer base."

"After being a long time customer with Helen Lee ,with my home and autos, the true nature of this office was revealed. They simply take your money, no concern for any problems i had. I only ever made 1 claim and they fought it tooth and nail. Rude attitude and sky high prices. Go elsewhere, you can do much better and less expensive."

"State Farm raised monthly bill close to $100 spread over 3 months due to a mistake made by the insurance agent. Waited for weeks for this issue to be reviewed by the "corporate" and they didn't approve giving credit back. Basically they are charging you for their own mistake. Seriously do not recommend this agency. AVOID AT ALL COST"

"Katie is very unprofessional and gives too many different rates. Then when asked why does the rate keep changing although we established history she comes up with so many excuses and then becomes very rude"
